You can sign up for EatEasy using your mobile number, Email ID or social media accounts. 

To place an order, first, you must have an account on EatEasy. 

Login using your account and update your delivery location. 

Select the restaurant you want to order from, select the dishes you want to order and app to cart.

When you are done, proceed to checkout. 

 Select or enter your address, review your order, apply voucher code in the checkout if applicable, and hit "Place Order".

We have a standard delivery timing of 45-60 minutes. 

Yes, you can. You place an order in advance (select a date and time) i.e. place an order after one hour, two hours, etc. depending on the restaurant working hours. In the checkout, you can choose the "Pre-Order" option and choose a delivery date and time.

This depends on the restaurant itself. You can find the minimum order value displayed in the restaurant info on EatEasy.

Yes, we provide 24/7 services. Provided the establishment is open and working at the time.

Yes, you can re-order by going to ‘My Order’ Tab and re-order the dish you want.

If the order you received is incorrect or there were missing/wrong items in your order, you can contact us directly by calling our call center and our customer service team will help you resolve it.

In the rare occurrence that your order is late, please get in touch with our customer service team.

Yes, you can have multiple addresses saved. Go to Saved Addresses and click on the "Add New Address" button to add more addresses.

Yes. You can give us feedback of your previous order through the feedback email that you will receive after your order is delivered.

You can apply your coupon code at the time of checkout.
